TERMS OF SERVICE
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you (“Customer,” “User,” or “you”) and Enkindle Aroma (“we,” “us,” “our”), an Australian business providing handcrafted home fragrance products. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use our site or services.
1. PRODUCTS & DESCRIPTIONS
Enkindle Aroma offers small-batch wax melts, candles, and other fragrance products. Product images and descriptions are for illustrative purposes only. Minor variations in colour, scent, or texture may occur and do not constitute a fault.
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update products at any time without notice.
2. PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST (where applicable). Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and added to your total.
We accept major payment methods through secure third-party processors. By placing an order, you confirm you are authorised to use the selected payment method. Enkindle Aroma is not responsible for processing errors from third-party platforms.
3. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We ship orders within Australia and to select international locations. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and external postal delays. Risk of loss passes to you once the parcel is handed to the carrier. Please double-check all shipping details — incorrect addresses may result in delivery failure, which is not our responsibility.
4. RETURNS, REFUNDS & FAULTY GOODS
Due to the personal nature of our products, we do not accept change-of-mind returns. However, if an item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at enkindlearoma@gmail.com with your order number and photos. We will assess and resolve the issue in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
5. SUBSCRIPTIONS & REFILLS
If you enrol in a recurring subscription or refill plan, you agree to recurring charges as outlined at purchase. Subscriptions can be paused, modified, or cancelled via your customer account or by contacting enkindlearoma@gmail.com at least 48 hours prior to your next billing date.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, branding, designs, product names, and images on this site are the property of Enkindle Aroma and protected by Australian intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or use our materials without written permission.
7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
All products are provided “as is.” Enkindle Aroma makes no warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. While we take care to provide accurate information, we cannot guarantee our products will meet every individual’s expectations.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Enkindle Aroma shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question, except where such limitation is not permitted under Australian Consumer Law.
